<p>Neha and Christian met at work when Christian was a fourth-year medical student and Neha was his resident preceptor. What began as mentorship quickly became friendship, then something more — long shifts turned into late-night conversations, case discussions became inside jokes, and weekend study sessions turned into pool hangouts and movie nights. They've been inseparable ever since as they both pursued and achieved their goals of becoming doctors; their love has grown through shared ambitions, quiet but steadfast support, and more laughter than ever expected. On September 6, 2026, at The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, D.C., Drs. Neha Desai and Christian Tschippert will celebrate the next chapter of their lives surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.</p>

Nidhi is Neha’s younger sister and one of two Maids of Honor. They grew up like two...well... sisters — from mandatory and unapproved sleepovers and sister squabbles to eventually a deep, unbreakable bond. Nidhi and Neha have been each other's steady supporters through every milestone. Her quick wit and warm heart make her one of our favorites. We’re so grateful she’ll be standing with us in Washington, D.C., on September 6, 2026.

Arfa and Neha have been inseparable since college—friends who became family. Arfa’s steady presence, thoughtful advice, and contagious laugh have carried Neha through every low, high, trivial, and monumental moment. Whether planning late-night celebrations or offering calm perspective, Arfa is one of Neha’s closest confidantes. We’re honored she’ll serve as Maid of Honor in Washington, D.C., on September 6, 2026.
